Upside Down House and Watermelon Bus Stop


Claimed to be first of its kind in South East Asia, Rumah Terbalik (Upside Down House) is located at Tamparuli. About 40 minutes away from Kota Kinabalu. This traditional Sabah house is built with all the fixtures and electrical items on the “floor” hanging upside down. No Photography is allowed inside the house . There is a cafe and souvenir shop within the parameter of the house. The location is good for stop over for tourist on the way to Mount Kinabalu or Sandakan bound visitor.

MyKad holders: RM10.00
Others: RM18.00
Students/Children below 12 years: RM5.00
Children below 3 years: Free of charge
